About the Business

Lindrick is one of Britain's finest inland golf courses, providing an excellent challenge to golfers of all abilities at any time of the year. The course, which is always in first class condition, is a mixture of heathland and moorland meaning you will find silver birch and gorse lining the fairways of our picturesque golf course. It is also a location of Special Scientific Interest (SSI) which recognises the course as containing some unusual and rare examples of the UK's flora and fauna.

Lindrick has a place in history too, as one of an elite number of golf courses to have staged the Ryder Cup. It was here that Great Britain defeated the USA to win the Ryder Cup in 1957, the first time they had achieved it in 24 years. Our structure and ethos as a Member's Club is an important part of the balance we maintain between the traditions of the past and the expectations of golfing in the twenty-first century.
