It is now over 100 years since Cleckheaton Golf Club was formed and here we are on the World Wide Web. The course was designed by the famous golf architect Dr Alistair McKenzie. It's interesting that apart from lengthening the course to just under 6,000 yards, which brings the par and standard scratch to 70/70, his original design has certainly stood the test of time.
