About the Business
Lochwinnoch Golf Club is situated in the rolling Renfrewshire countryside. A golfing challenge to those of all levels. Visitors are welcome all year round and very competitive Membership Offers are often available. Originally, ten professional gentlemen gathered in a meeting on the 31st August 1897, with the intention of forming a golf club in the village.
They reconvened a month later on the 29th September, adding one to their number, at which meeting the Club was named. These eleven had played with others since 1894, in the fields about Linthills. In 1997 we celebrated our Centenary Year with ten ex-Captains attending a flag raising ceremony to herald the Centenary year.
