Roll Up Lessons are available between 11am & 12 noon on alternate Sundays throughout the year and sessions cover all aspects of the game. Founded in 1910, the Club was originally situated off the OldShoreham Road on the boundary between Hove and Portslade. However, in 1991, the construction of the 'Brighton by-pass' meant the Club had to relocate. It can now be found off the A27 trunk road at the Hangleton Interchange.
Peacehaven Golf & Fitness features a truly great, fun downland golf course with breathtaking views across the Sussex Downs and clear to Newhaven and Seaford coast. Now over 100 years old, thiswell-conditioned golf course is suitable for all levels of golfers, from experienced players to relative newcomers. Peacehaven is primarily a 9-hole course, however it does have different tee positions on some holes to create a fabulous 18-hole experience.
Brighton & Hove Golf Club, founded in 1887 and 128 years old this year, is the oldest golf club in Sussex and a Links-Downland gem. Known locally as the Friendly Club, we offer a warm welcome to bothvisitors and members. Our 9-hole course with 18 different tees offers an interesting and challenging golfing experience for players of all levels. Due to our location, high upon the Sussex Downs, we have exceptional drainage and the course only closes for snow.
The Dyke Golf Club (Par 72) course is situated only 4 miles from the centre of Brighton and is easily reached from the A23 and A27 main roads. The course is widely acknowledged as one of the finestdownland courses in the region, and, despite being at an altitude of 200 metres, has some of the characteristics of a links course, not least the fast greens and sea breezes. The course is bordered by National Trust downland and actively managed farmland providing a haven for birds and other wildlife.
