
The Vale of Llangollen Golf Club was formed back in 1908 by some of the local gentry and has been extended and improved ever since. It is a members club whose aim is to provide affordable golf of thehighest standard to its members and customers. The quality of the course has led to it being a favourite venue for golfers right across the UK and even further afield, but in particular from the cities of the North West and West Midlands.

Set in the beautiful Vale of Clwyd, Rhuddlan is a course which offers fine views and a sheltered climate screened by the Clwydian Range. A gently undulating parkland course of 6291 yards, SSS 70, par72 (Yellow tees), providing an excellent test of golf and is a regularly chosen venue for County and National Championship Events. In 2015 Rhuddlan are hosting the Welsh Ping Mixed Foursomes Finals. Our Clubhouse offers bars, snooker and full restaurant facilities daily throughout the season.

Below a wooded hillside above the town of Prestatyn in Denbighshire, North Wales, St Melyd Golf Club is a mature parkland course with tree lined fairways and excellent greens. The Club is only someten minutes from the A55 arterial expressway with Manchester and Liverpool within an hour's drive and Chester only thirty miles away. Founded in 1922, St Melyd is a 9 hole course, but having 18 tees, it provides a different perspective for each hole as can be seen from our hole by hole guide.

This course is the Hidden Gem in North Wales and we are confident that you will be delighted with the course, condition and variety of holes we have on offer, just look at our signature hole the 9that Denbigh, a true test for a par 3! If you fail to make a hole in one, you are compensated by stunning views over the Vale of Clwyd.
