Lin is from three generations of magicians and her formative years were spent travelling the world in cabaret and circus before going on to train in five star hotels in Sweden and Canada.

This challenging, established parkland PAR 35 course provides enough of a challenge for the experienced golfer and yet due to it being a 9 hole course is a good starting ground for those taking up thegame. The clubhouse was built in 2004 and provides ample facilities for both the golfer and non-golfer alike, open to all it is located at the foot of the drive overlooking part of the golf course.

Brickhampton Court Golf Complex was created in 1994 by Creed Golf & Leisure Ltd, a company owned by a local family who have maintained a keen interest in ensuring its development into a golfing centreof true quality. The courses were designed by Simon Gidman, a member of the British Institute of Golf Course Architects and respected as a designer of challenging and attractive golf courses that offer a fair test to golfers of all abilities.
On December 1st, 1891 a circular appeared in the "PAINSWICK ANNUAL REGISTER" which invited ladies and gentlemen to join the "Painswick Golf Club". This, it seems, is the first mention of the Club toappear in print. The Club had actually been formed on October 8th, 1891. The first President of the new Club was T. Dyer Edwardes, Esq., and the first Secretary was E. H. Percival, Esq. A prospectus was available which stated that ". a good sporting Golf course had been laid out on Painswick Common".
