Westbury Golf Club (formerly Lafarge Golf Club) is a mature parkland golf course formed in 1973, nestling at the foot of Westbury White horse. A nine hole test for all standards of handicap. This is agently undulating course that appeals to all age groups. The signature hole being 'The Alley', a 174 yard par 3, with hedge down the left side and a hedge and burn to the right.
The downland course is renowned for its beautiful scenery, luscious fairways and, of course, its superb greens. The excellent drainage makes play possible all year round. The Men's White Tees, thecourse, a Par 72, measures 6,501 yards in length. For the Ladies, the Red Tees boast 5,744 yards and a Par 73. Whilst seemingly open and forgiving, the course will punish errant play; play intelligent and thoughtful golf and you will be rewarded.

Golf is incredibly peaceful at Tidworth; at anytime you only view a handful of golfers as the layout meanders its way around the eastern edge of Salisbury Plain. From the higher ground are some striking views over the Plain.
