
Tankersley Park Golf Course was opened in 1907 and was extended to eighteen holes in 1924. It then developed under the expert supervision of Arthur Storey, Golf Professional, Course Designer, Greenkeeper and Golfing Guru. On a few acres of redundant mining spoil and moorland he laid the foundations of a wonderful test of accurate iron play. The careless golfer, who strays from the now beautifully manicured fairways, can still find the remnants of the land's industrial past.

Sandhill Golf course was built in 1992 and has now reached full maturity. We continue to provide a high standard of maintenance to produce a course both rewarding and challenging to the club golfer.The course is 6309 yards long PAR 71 for the gentlemen and 5620 yards long PAR 73 for the ladies. The Clubhouse compliments the course and serves a wide range of drinks and meals through most days. Meals are available Thursdays, Saturdays and Sunday Lunch or by prior arrangement.

The club house is situated on the A638 Bawtry Road Belle Vue opposite the Racecourse Grandstand. The course is located in the heart of Doncaster's famous Racecourse, less than a mile from Doncastertown centre. A superb parkland golf course, well drained and open all year around with no temporary greens. The course is more difficult than the yardage may suggest and is one of the best winter courses in Yorkshire.

Wheatley Golf Club came into existence in May 1914. Originally it was located in the grounds of Wheatley Hall which, at the time, was owned by Sir William Cook (Bart). In March 1934, following thesale of the hall and the industrial development of the area surrounding it, the club moved to its present location on Armthorpe Road, Doncaster. George Duncan, who in his younger years was a very well established professional and Ryder Cup player, was asked to design the new course.
