It is a 4963 yard par 66 for the men and a 4514 yard par 67 for ladies. With 8 par 3's scoring can be very difficult as the majority of the par 3's require medium to long irons off the tee withrelatively small greens. Formed in 1869 the club celebratedits 140th year in 2009, but we are aware that Kings Park has a much longer association with the game of golf. Dumbarton Golf Club, a stunning parkland golf course, founded in 1888 is designed to test the straightest of drivers. The course offers a gentle walk ideal for all ages from young kids to seniorcitizens while close by to public transport links and a short drive from Loch Lomond.
Visitors can make use of and enjoy our bar and restaurant facilities or visit the pro shop and let our professional and friendly team take care of all your equipment, training and advice requirements.Our 200 yard practice area with 6 bays, chipping green and short game area allow golfers to hone their skills. When fully developed, the practice areas will be open to the community and promises to be a centre of excellence for the youth in our area.
Clydebank and District Golf Club is situated in Hardgate village, near to the town of Clydebank. It has easy access to Glasgow Airport and bus and rail links to Glasgow City Centre. The Famous LochLomond is just a few miles down the road, and some of Scotland's most famous golf clubs, such as Royal Troon, Gleneagles and St. Andrews are all within easy driving distance.
Cawder Golf Club is located in Bishopbriggs, just 15 minutes from Glasgow city centre. Cawder nestles in a most beautiful piece of countryside where golfers can enjoy the relaxed surroundings whilstexperiencing our stunning courses.
